COVID-19 UPDATE

With the increased demand for Products, the suppliers are taking more time to fill orders. We at WBOA are also limiting our staff due to the COVID-19 Rules - this could mean your orders may take longer to process and send out.

PLEASE NOTE:

All members that are collecting their orders will be served at the front door and staff are signing out orders for you.

You also need to have your order form ready to leave in the drop box supplied.

Please have patience as we are working as efficiently as we can to fill all orders.

The WBOA team.

About Us

Wide Bay Ostomates Association (WBOA) is a not for profit organisation and we provide medical supplies to people who have lost the use of their bladder or bowel due to cancer or other medical conditions.

We rely heavily on our volunteers to ensure all our Ostomates (people with a stoma) receive their supplies in a timely manner and to provide support, information and guidance to Ostomates in a friendly and relaxed environment.

To receive Commonwealth Government funded supplies you need to be the holder of a valid Medicare Card and become a financial member of WBOA by paying an Annual Access Fee.
